Applications are now open for Member Observers to join the Executive Committee on a 12-month fixed term, voluntary basis.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for pharmacy technicians who are passionate about professional leadership, advocacy, and the future of our profession. As a Member Observer, you’ll gain insight into APTUK’s strategic work, contribute your voice to key discussions, and help us ensure our work reflects the needs of our members.

Now recruiting for the Professional Lead, Scotland position on the APTUK Executive Committee.

The purpose of this role is to partner with APTUK to lead and influence policy and practices for pharmacy technicians according to the home country needs. We are therefore looking for someone who will lead on achieving APTUK strategic objectives within Scotland, inform APTUK of current and emerging national and specific healthcare/pharmacy policies and priorities and implications for local practices, and consider local country workforce priorities and/or workforce planning to implement national government healthcare policies. You will also act as an APTUK advocate, to promote the work of APTUK to encourage country membership to ensure there is a truly national representation within APTUK.
